Shopify apps created by Axis 80 Interactive Communications, Inc. under the Commerce Components brand name ("the Apps”) provide services to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use one or more of the Apps in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
The apps do not make use of “Cookies”, which are data files placed on your device or computer that often include an anonymous unique identifier.
When you install one or more of the Apps, we are automatically able to determine a) the URL of your Shopify store and b) the email address of the shop owner.
We also use “log files” which keep a record of actions occurring within the Apps. These log files collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
The above information is used for technical debugging and optimizing / improving the Apps. Additionally, we may use your email address to provide you with information relating to our products or services.

These log files keep a record of each visitor's IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. We use these log details for technical debugging and optimizing / improving the Apps.
We do not access, collect, or record any personal details about your customers or their store orders.
We may, if necessary, share portions of the personal information described above with a trusted third party vendor in the course of debugging a technical problem. Use of such information will be strictly limited to the scope of correcting the technical issue.
We may use Campaign Monitor, a third party email marketing service, for the purposes of providing you with information relating to our products or services. In this case, we will share your email address with that service provider, subject to the terms and conditions of their service.
We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Personal information will not be sold to mailing list brokers or otherwise shared with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
We will maintain records of your store URL and email address unless/until you ask us to delete this information.
Log files are generally maintained for one year, however in some cases may be maintained for longer periods.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you, or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.
